March 29, 2007
Guida Dairy has issued a recall of all Guida label ½ % Chocolate milk in half pint containers with an expiration date of 4/13/2007. If any Guida milk containers are found without sell by dates, they should also be returned to the company.
The above recalled product should be considered unsafe for human consumption and based on the Connecticut Public Health Code (PHC) sections: 19-13-B42(n) (“Sanitation of places dispensing foods or beverage”); 19-13-B48(b)(“Itinerant food vending”); 19-13-B49(n) (“Catering food service”); 19-13-B40(a)(“Sanitation of food stuffs”) should be removed from sale or service and returned to the retailer.
